Shieldmaiden, have you looked at the link? That should tell you the letters, as for the font - you can get it in the Media section on the main site. I would recommend Tengwar Annatar for this particular case. It's at the bottom of the Fonts page. Thanks!
The mode of an Elvish phrase is just the kind of lettering that was used to depicts sounds. In Beleriand they actually wrote the vowels, whereas in Mannish Sindarin Tehta mode they ommi
tted the vowels, using different accents to show them. The writing on Durin's Doors? That's the mode of Beleriand - if you look at the illustration, it's actually mentioned there.
