Deicided to edot this, at last/ I got this graphics program a few weeks ago and I can do avatars and banners. I know how to animate banners as well, though the banners must be all the same size. If you have any other questions, feel free to PM me. I'd be pleased if you could supply the pictures and also credit me, wel, you don't have to, but just don't go running around saying you made it :P I'd be happy if you filled out this form as well:
