I found a friend with photoshop*cheers*, and now i have another problem: I need mac compatible screencap software(perferibly freeware)
that can be used while a dvd is being played.

I don't think you'll be able to make banners with Illustrator, even though it is a great program. I'm sure if you do a little searching around you could get PSP or Photoshop on Mac, especially since most professional graphic desigers use Macs for work. PIP would probably be harder to find since it's a Microsoft program. Hope this helps a little!
