Ok, I've seen many people put diffrent hair on a diffrent picture and I was wondering if anyone could tell me a good way of doing it.

One really easy way is to use a photoshop brush. If you go to somewhere like deviantart and search for 'hair brushes' then you'll find a few brushes that people have created.

Or there is the way of simply selecting the hair of one picture, pasting it into anothe picture and moulding it to the shape you want.
