no. You have to have a program that works with pictures. If you have paint you can make stuff in that. A lot of people on this forum actually started working in paint.

You can go to the corel paint shop pro main site and download a free 30 day trial. If you like it then you can purchase it. If at all possible its better to order it online. I went to bestbuy and got mine and the mail in rebate took forever. Its really a fun program. Its all i use.

You can dowload the GIMP absolutley free, which does most of the stuff paint shop and photoshop do, from www.gimp.org

You can also download a free trial of paint shop pro 7 from www.download.com then if you set your clock back a year it will never run out ^_^ and it shouldn't mess with the time or anything.

Or you can find PhotoPlus on google and download it for free- I suggest it for a begginner cuase gimp...well I never understood it lol
