If you mean how to use brushes or how to get them to work, scroll down and there's a section of the tut that talks about brushes...Only if you have photoshop, though.

I use PSP7 but I never used brish tutorials (never actually went looking for them). I just used trial and error, kept testing different brushes and different methods, and saw what looked good and what didn't. Also looked at how other people used brushes to get an idea of how different effects worked.
