open the first picture of Amy and press Ctrl+C. Click onto the background and press Ctrl+L.Do NOT press Ctrl+V, because it'll open up a new picture.
Now use the move tool to move the picture to the left.
If you've done it correctly, you'll have this:

-
Now open up the second picture of Amy and change to the selection tool.
copy which part you've selected and paste new layer on to the banner image.
It'll look like this.

-
Now change to the eraser tool and make sure the opcaity is 15.

On the left of your PSP, there will be something with layers(if it's not there, go to view and palettes and click on layers.
Click on the first layer and go to adjust and hue and saturation and colorize and change the color.
Do the same by the other image.
In the end it'll look like this:
Image
-
Now go to layers(up the top) and click "Add new raster layer"
now go to the tool Picture tube and choose the kind of picture tube you want.I'm using fire. Now change the colour of the fire by doing the same you did for the pictures.
It'll look like this:

-
Now you can add font.
-
Once you've done that, go to "Layers(up the top again)" and go to merge and "merge all"
-
Now once you're done, go to file and save as and CHANGE IT TO JPG!
it won't work on Photobucket with the file PspImage.
In the end it'll look like this:
