Does anyone know where I can get windows movie maker? I tried to download it from the microsoft website and I download and instal it, but it doesn't show up anywhere on my pc. Either that or does anyone have an alternative which is similar?

On the coputers we have at school we use a program called 'Avid Liquid' which is pretty straight-foward and fairly simple to use for editing video and such.
Although I'm not entirely sure if you'd be able to download it unless you got it through a bit-torrent
