Is there a way to get clips from the movies into an avatar without using that thing which comes with photo-shop. Does anyone know of any softwars - preferably a free download - which will do the same thing? |

The GIMP can animate automatically, and can be got here at www.gimp.org.uk. You can animate on that by putting the slides on different layers, then saving it as a GIF. Its pretty tedious, but free, and looks v. cool afterwards. |

Oops, theres no .uk on the end, sorry! Its pretty tricky to download, but I wrote a tutorial a while back. |
