I'm signed up for the trial period. I just realized that all the stuff I've made on there opens with PSP. They're saved in my pictures, though. When my trial time runs out, will they all go away?

Do you mean that they are saved as picture.psp?
I don't think they'll vanish but you probably wouldn't be able to open them. Try saving them as jpg
