I'm not sure anyone here has a PSP X, but I have a PSP 9. They have the same basic layout, so if you have any questions I'd be happy to try and answer them.

There should be an option to make a transparent background when you first create a new area. (for PSP 9, you click File>New to make a new area). btw, not sure if this would really help you any, but this web page has a bunch of PSP X tips: http://users.adelphia.net/~suzshook/10tips.htm |
