I dont know were the toolbars went I mean, the layer mangers missing and a few other parts I didnt even close them- I go to view and I go toolbars I cant seem to get them to pop up again Someone please help me.

hmmmm, if you go to view and toolbars, and you click the window you want to pop up again, it won't work? because that's what you're supposed to do....maybe look under something other than toolbars...I think they're called pallets or windows or something....toolbars are on the top of the screen...I hope this helps!

Hey I was wondering if anyone know how to download Brushes to this program? And does anyone know how to do a border on it?

Umm, I don't think there're any brushes for it At least, I never saw any while I used it...To make a border, I think, if I remember correctly, go to Image >> Add Borders....or that might just be PSP...let me know if it works!
