I need to know how to make things look, well better. And the only program installed on my computer is paint. Does anyone know of any ideas to make things look better, without downloading anything?

example...if I wanted to put just a few flowers onto a picture as so::

I used to work with paint a lot! I only made one or two banners with it, but I got a lot of experience working my way up. If you look at your tool bar, you'll see some options. The two on the top - one a dotted border square, the other one is a dotted border star. With that one you can make freehand selections - so you could get a picture of some flowers, cut them out, and paste them where you want on the picture.

Yeah, there isn't that much you can do with paint...but Microsoft Picture It! 10 was installed onto my computer. Maybe it's installed on yours?
