okay i have a transparent layers and i merge them. then i save it as a file and i try to open it up in a movie editer for a background then i open it and it stills has a white background in it. although i set the photoshop picture to transparent?? does anyone know why it is doign that?? I tried saving it in every format there is but none of them are letting it be transparent

the movie program i am using is...Studio version 9

I've never used that program before.
But Whenever I want something to be transparent I save it as a .gif
Other thatn that I have no advice for you. Sorry. hope someone else can help if that doesnt
