I hope this is what you mean:
First, you save your work to a file, and make sure you put it somewhere where it is easy to remember where you put it. There are several hosts...but to upload your graphics, I recommend Photobucket because you can keep all of the codes for your graphics in one place. But you have to register first.
http://photobucket.com
Once you register, log into your account and you will have an empty album. Click "Browse" and then look for the graphic you just saved and double click. Then, you click "Submit".
Then, it will upload your image to the album and...tada! It will give you the html, url, and img code and just copy and paste the img code.
You can also go to
http://www.tinypic.com (they give you short URL's) or
http://imageshack.us (for large files) However, you can't keep all of your codes on these sites...But basically you do the same thing, and copy and paste the img code they give you. For Imageshack though, they usually give you a hotlink, so just copy that and when you paste it, you can delete everything except the , and everything in between.
Hope this helped.
