Ok..there's a tut about that here...give me a minte to find it..

Obviously you can change the sizes and stuff..
For example, if you have 2 slides and 2 layers, and you want the first layer on the first slide, and the second layer on the second, make the second layer invisible (by clicking the little eye next to it on the layers pallete) while the first slide is selected and turn the visibilty of the first layer off on the second slide
