Nkay, I gotta boo-boo.

I've downloaded some of the brushes from the media page, unziped them, but what sort of program do i save them as? When I try to open the file it asks me to chose a file type, like Word, Media Player and such, and i'm unsure which one i'd use, and i is confuzzled about how to use them, I'm using a program called Corel PHOTO-PAINT 7 plus, if anyone recognises it, would the directions on the Media Brush page be the same? Or is it slightly different?

... If anyone can make any sense of the above, you're alot smarter than us, precious!

If anyone has any tips, or actually knows what we are on about, precious, *gasp!* Do raise your hand, if you don't have a hand... uh, *insert what you will.*

Anywho...

Elijah!

There are burshes for Corel Paint? o.0

PSP & Photo paint both belong to Corel so i guess .jbr files would work nicely in both, but I´m not sure how to use them in PP ... You sure there aren´t any help files? That´s how I figured out how to load brushes in most of my proggies.

Kay, i found some things in the Help files (I have Photo Paint 12 though..)

To load a preset brush texture
Open the Brush tool flyout , and click the Paint tool .
On the property bar, open the Paint tool picker, and click a tool.
In the Brush settings docker, click the Load texture button on the Brush texture bar.
If the Brush settings docker is not open, click Window } Dockers } Brush settings.

Choose the folder where the texture file is stored.
Double-click the filename.
In the Brush settings docker, click the roll-down arrow on the Brush texture bar, and type a value from 0 to 100 in any of the following boxes:
Brush texture—lets you adjust the amount of texture applied to a brush stroke
Edge texture—lets you adjust the amount of texture applied to the edge of a brush stroke

To paint with a preset brush
Open the Brush flyout , and click the Paint tool .
Open the Paint tool picker on the property bar, and click a paint tool.
Choose a preset brush type from the Type list box on the property bar.
In the color control area of the toolbox, double-click the Foreground color swatch , and choose a color.
Drag in the image window.
If you want to constrain the brush to a straight horizontal or vertical line, hold down Ctrl while you drag and press Shift to change direction.
