Yeah, a fleet is a large group of boats/ships.
Are you implying that you're feeling disconnected from ME, Anduril? *gasp*

Well, those were three very worthwhile posts.
We need a specific topic to talk about.

Yeah. which leaves basically everything else.
Such as.....who do you think is cooler--the Edain, or the Numenoreans? When it comes to weapons/military etc., that is.

Wel... good choice!
I guess I'd choose the Numenorians... their helmets are pretty cool with the sea gull wings on it! Well, and on the other hand I'm not sure what armory the Edain war at that time... At least I can't imagine it right now...

I think at the time that the Edain mostly used Elvish/Dwarvish armor, since they didn't really have their own fortresses at the time.

Hmm... yeah, I guess you're right. Well, anyways, I choose the Numenorians, they're cool!

As a random entrance into this club (temp) , I agree with this statement. The Edain didnt have massive fortresses such as Gondolin, Nargothrond etc. Dwarvish/elvish weapons and armour would have been the most common to trade for, so its assumable that there was a high proportion of it used. They probably did use some weapons of their own devising, such as bows, spears, some swords etc. Armour does require more specialist craftsmanship due to its nature as well. And aerandir said it, so is almost certainly true lol
