Lol I agree Nightingale! I have a teacher here at my college who assumes that the homeschooled students in the class are smarter than the ones who are not...puts some pressure on us to do better, even when we're at the same level as the rest of the class.

Ooo! I'll join!
I've been homeschooled all my life - with the exception of 2nd and 3rd grades.

It made me so mad. We ate at Subway's last night but I didn't want to because of that whole incident. It's discrimination is what it is.
on facebook, my first account was closed because I wasn't confirmed by a public school network. Then, I opened another on my other e-mail account; it too was disabled because i wasn't in public school.
i tell you, this discrimination thing is not only belittling, it's frustrating.

Yeah, it did that to me too...I had to have my friend enter me under her school name... it was quite annoying...

I complained to the creators of facebook and they basicaly said that since I was homeschooled, I wasn' tqualified to have an account. Basically that's what it was. I felt it was discrimination and it was very belittling.

You weren't qualified to have an account? How much crud is that?!?! Seriously...some people can be so annoying... thankfully, if you have a friend in the public school, you can have them give you the name of their school, and you cna enter under that. They then just have to confirm that they know you, and everything'll be good...
The American School of Kuait? Nice...
