doesn't look like my kind of book, though I've heard reverent praise from fans. apparently it's about everyone being ugly until they turn 16... then they get surgery or something and become miraculously pretty? and then... prettyville?

Haha... I don't read very many books that are just out there. Oh wait, there is a great book... what's it called... the Book of Skulls? I think. It's about 4 teens who search for immortality... but one must be murdered and one must commit suicide for the other two to become immortal... It's fun.
