Loth thank you for the invite and for the directions!  I found this thread pronto. 
Hmm, lets see I'm a huge Eowyn/Faramir shipper so that's my fave LOTR pair. I love them...
Arwen/Aragorn are also sweet...so they prob come next. And yes the friendship between the hobbits was always touching...

I see lots of familiar faces!  And now let the Eowyn/Fari chatter continue.
Oh I am still waiting to get my hands on the EE version of ROTK. I've seen the pics of the pair but not seen the scenes in the movie.
Ooh, does Fari tell her that "Eowyn of Rohan, I say to you, you are beautiful" line? *gets all dreamy eyes*

Aww...I'm so glad. *thrilled* I cannot wait to see it. The pictures are gorge from those EE scenes.
Its like these 2 people who were just meant to be. Eowyn was probably wondering if she'd ever meet someone after she realised Aragorn loved someone else. And Fari was on his own too...
They're so perfect.

I kinda think Eowyn knew all along that Aragorn loved Arwen, but she just didn't want to give up hope. Arwen was after all left behind and supposed to sail to the undying lands...

^Did Eowyn really know about Arwen being an elf and such in the film and book versions? Aragorn's definitely pretty vague in the books about it!
I love Faramir/Eowyn too!

Alasse, hey that's an interesting question. I guess I must have assumed she found out later on...after she met Arwen.
When Aragorn has that dream sequence I don't hink he mentioned anything to Eowyn.
But perhaps the evenstar necklace was a giveaway? Do you think she would have recognised it as elvish?
