It's actually a great unifying technique too, sorta lights your entire canvas under the same color scheme to make it seem like all the images belong together. It's great when your blend has many pics, or differently contrasted ones.

That Spider-Man pic...when I first saw it I thought it was a coloured pic, even just a black & white one. Then I read the blurb and almost fell outta my seat.

So far, Deadpool's no news, but Guido's in the new X-factor roster. It's interesting so far, and I love the team: Madrox, Strong Guy, Syrin, Monet, Wolfsbane & Rictor.

The black costume all but confirms it. Plus Topher Grace's character has been under serious wraps. Only thing that has been revealed is that he doesn't become a villain till near the end. Spider-Man has to spend a serious amount of time in the black suit first. It's all making sense now.
He's also dyed his hair blonde and apparently went into serious weight training mode to bulk up.
He is Eddie Brock. I have no doubts now. And I'm actually quite excited. Be interesting to see what direction Sam Raimi takes with his character.

Regardless of what happens, I know I'll be blown away. They've done such an awesome job on both films that I know it'll turn out incredible. I heard they brought in Gwen Stacy's character too. Can't remember the actress' name though. Do u think they'll kill her?

Now that u mention bulk up, and this actually doesn't really apply but I just remembered I wanted to comment on this. Not that I don't like the Ben Foster, but I always pictured Angel as a taller guy, at least 6 ft and this dude's what, 5'9''?

I agree though...regardless of plot line. I think this is gonna be a winner too.

Ben is an average sized guy. But I think he's brushed up well, considering this is the guy that played Spacker Dave in The Punisher. He looks very handsome. But he was cast for his acting ability and the fact that he basically walked in and he owned the role. He simply was Warren Worthington.

Odd tidbit....when talking about the role...he refers to Warren constantly as "Archangel"

Seeing as it wasn't Stan-Lee who killed off Gwen but someone else, I have a feeling they are going to get rid of MJ instead (Good thing as I'm getting sick of seeing Kirsten Dunst being the 'damsel in distress')

It's not confirmed by official sources. But Kirsten Dunst during a promo press thing for the film she did with Orlando (forgot the name) said that the two villains were Sandman and Venom. Before the pic of Thomas Hayden had even been released. So...I dunno.

But the fact that he's wearing a black costume, confirms it without words. You cannot have the black costume in without having Eddie Brock/Venom.
It'd ne like having a Blade movie minus the Vampires. It's just not possible.

Even if Topher only becomes Venom towards the end I am 100% convinced they are dealing with this. Because...let's be honest...Sandman isn't exactly all that imposing an adversary.

But yeah...back to X-Men.
