^I think the fact that his immediate opinion on the baby/fetus thing hasn't changed but afterwards, he's starting to change as he thought about it. Because when he cut open the womb, there was that moment but when the mom started going defib, House still insisted on cutting the cord.

Since House & Cuddy switched roles in Fetal Position, I thought it would be cute if House walked in on them when Cuddy's doing differentials with the ducklings and go,
"Oh, I'm sorry. Is this Saving-A-Life-Hour? 'Cuz I've got a Clinic full of sick people that are just screaming, "Cuddy, Cuddy!". I think they're feeling a bit neglected."
