Then I can help you! سالام من لينا SIDA! Oh my goodness, in my Spanish class today...we spent like 10 minutes talking about "gutteral" pronunciations. Because someone pronounced a name wrong or something....I think it was "Juan"...and my prof. made fun of her by saying, "It's not One (Whaan), it's Clearing Your Throat Juan!" So, we spent like 10 minutes making gross noises. Ha ha ha! Yeah, I SO should take Arabic next semester!! Oh my goodness, what did you write?! *is lost but in awe of such prettyful language*

^That's just because this forum's filled with jr and sr highschoolers. But we older ones rock too! Plus, when you're in this club, you don't have to feel old---you can just feel a part of the crowd on this forum ;P
I had a very quiet day in a way. Run to Home Depot, look at plants (but didn't buy anything)---I want to buy strawberry plants. Then, get groceries at the store. Come home, send emails to friends. Read a book. Get back on AU. Just a very quiet Saturday. What kind of errands do you enjoy going on, and what kind don't you? I usually try to find something I want to look at to make even the most borning trips *kinda* interesting, but when it comes to places where I have to stand in line for a while, I'll procrastinate going there.

Well, I usually like all kinds of shopping errads, as I usally find something interesting then, but I can't stand trips to DIY stores at all. I can't understand how men can spend hours there, but I guess they can't understand how women can spend hours shopping for clothes as well.

I despise all kind of do-it-yourself work... I'm so *thinks of the opposite word for 'handy'*...not handy. My dad always wanted me to help him put up pictures or fix a flat tyre on the bike etc. and I was really bad. Mainly because I had no motivation, but I'm always very impressed when going to DIY stores... all the handy things and tools you can get there.. soo shiny!!!
As for other errands, in fact I don't mind doing grocery shopping - except for Friday afternoons and Saturdays... it's pure stressfull horror.

Yeah, that's for sure. Usually I go to the store after I get off work on weekdays and generally Monday-Thursday. But tell you what, out here, well, let's put it this way. I'm used to living in an area where manners matter, and out here, well, people don't care if they stand and talk in the drop-off point infront of grocery stores, blocking traffic, or if they come up behind you in the aisle without even an "excuse me" or "pardon" and nudge you aside with the grocery cart just to get at a particular box of cereal. I have never seen this before in my life. Out here, it's dangerous to go shopping Friday and Saturday afternoon because of cart wars!

That's true, but I'd never steal sweets from kids. I love kids so it's just wrong to me especially when you're the eldest one out of five and all your tons of cousins all but one are younger. At that rate, you feel like you need to protect the smaller and younger ones, not hurt them.
