Haha, I just spent the last hour compiling a playlist of songs that remind me of David Tennant, and put it on my myspace, the profile for which is the Tardis. I think I've gotten past the point where it's pathetic. And it's even worse, because some of the songs aren't even remotely related to Dr Who, and some of them are super remote, like maybe a saw a fan vid of Dr Who with that song, so now it's on the playlist. And this whole progression happened in like a week. Sad.

Huzzah for being a completely pathetic Doctor Who obsessed fan! 
(NOTE: We're all WAAAAY past the point you are at methinks.  So you're in good company. XD We don't look down on it. We EMBRACE it!  )
That's cool you've made a playlist that reminds you of the almighty David! But, compared to me...its nothing. 
I've complied...oh let's see...7 playlists of music that all reminds me of the Doctor and Rose. (It's in 7, because I've actually burned them onto CDs ) SO, technically, I have a playlist...*runs off to count*...that at the moment has...129 songs dedicated to those two.  But hey, I embrace it. XD The 7th one isn't finished yet. My song collecting comes in waves...when I feel emo and miss Doctor/Rose. What's ironic, is that I have very few songs that sound "emo." XD Although, one playlist, completely by accident, is like that, emo I mean. XD (I'm too much of a happy person to be all depressed )
I started collecting all this music because I happened upon someone who'd actually made a playlist, and had it up for download. Which I downloaded. And then I added to it. And keep adding to it. It's quite the list to be sure!
So, no worries about a David Tennant playlist! That's awesome! 
And I miss Doctor Who too! Even though I'm watching the 3rd series on BBC America. XD I can't WAIT for series 4! Huzzah! _________________ "So what? So plenty!"

I'm the same way! I've realized that with all my favorite songs, I've drawn a conection to Doctor Who! (Wxcept for two cases, but in those cases I've connected the songs to Torchwood, so I guess that still counts)
Songs such as :Who Knew, Mad World, Chasing Cars, Crazy....Its good to be a Doctor Who fan.

I think my favorite song on my Dr Who playlist is Feeling Good by Muse. Followed by Hooked on a Feeling by Blue Suede.
And I have three or four Dr Who episodes on my DVR that I play whenever I feel sad or I miss the series, and it always makes me feel better.

I have quite a few Muse songs on my massive playlist.
My favourite probably has to be "Don't Forget To Remember" by, ironically Ms Billie Piper. It fits their relationship WAAAY too closely. Which is scary because it was released way before she was ever in Doctor Who. XD
The other favourite has to be "Everyday Boy" by Joan Armatrading or "Please Forgive Me" by David Gray. Both just remind me of the Doctor.
But, there are SOOO many songs in my Rose/Doctor playlist, that my favourites vary constantly. I considered listing my playlist...but that might scare ya'll. I could if you wanted me to. _________________ "So what? So plenty!"

Yeah, MB, I don't think we're going to be passing you anytime soon.
How do you even know 129 songs about Doctor Who? I don't think I know 129 songs in general, unless you count all the musicals. Tar, I have to say your banner made me laugh. Such a lovely pic. Where you here when we were discussing how lovely it would have been if we were the lightning rod?

Oh I really love that song as well. She has a really nice voice.
Unlike dear Monty here, I don't have a playlist dedicated to Doctor Who. Shame, I know. I know a fair amount of songs, though, that I can connect to Torchwood. But I can't seem to just connect songs to Doctor Who. Except the soundtracks.

Well, as I said, it comes in like phases. It started out with me actually downloading someone else's playlist ... and then just adding on to it. Really depends on the mood I'm in, if I hear a song and it reminds me of Doctor/Rose, gets added.
Mind you this massive list has been a work in progress for like a year. Ha ha ha ha!
@Nauriel: I don't know what you mean by "musicals." I just get them from memory and emotion. If that makes any sense. XD
I've actually come across another list listed somewhere, way more songs than mine. Ha ha ha ha!

And when I said musicals, I ment the songs from the musical shows, like Les Miserables or Rent.

Mind if I join ? I just started watching it religiously around the middle of the season one that aired on BBC America (the one with Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor), so I'm not quite up to speed on all the details of it, but I'm enjoying the series immensely !
