Why depressed? Me.... honestly I can not say. Partly maybe I am lonely... also other reasons I have been currently unable to detect.

^ i think that's the main thing about depression (and the biggest problem) - it's not caused by anything you can put your finger on, it's just the way you feel.

i've struggled with depression for eleven years now - i began suffering from dysthymia (mild chronic depression) when i was seven, suffered from a six-month bout of major depression when i was eleven, recovered from that and went back to dysthmania for a time, and now there's a distinct possibility that i may be suffering from cyclothymia (a less extreme form of bipolar disorder/manic depression), so i've probably been through everything you guys are going through at some point. i've learnt to live with it now and it's not a big deal anymore, but i'm happy to be here to support you all.
