My current goal is 2000 by November 1, which I think I'll be able to reach.  (Nov 1 is my anniversary.)

Glarrrl.  We have to do current events, as well as a 'Hot Spot': we are assigned one country for the entire year and have to write papers, make posters, and do annoying projects on it. Do you know how hard it is to mind bucketloads of information on Indonesia?? And now we also have a gigantic 'test review' that's, like three pages long of random questions about geography & counts as a test grade, and we have to make 3 maps of the US & Canada.
And yet...I'm on A-U.

We had to do this project earlier when we had to pick a country ( i choose England) and find pictures and write paragraphs on it based on the 6 forms of Human Geography. Ha, apparently your teacher is obsessed with "human" geography as well.
What IS that, anyway? I thought geography was maps & stuff...not current events. *hides from political issues*
It's not that I don't like politics; Oh, I enjoy it quite a bit in my spare time.
It's just that our teacher will give us 1 article that she has picked out, and then say:
'Write a compelling essay about the topic mentioned is this article, except, you can ONLY use the facts I gave you. Ha ha! You have 15 minutes. Go.'
Obviously, the article usually has a strong bias to her point of view.

I'm a Ringwraith!!!! I have no idea when that happened. My post count is on 1520 or something and I thought I had to have at least 2000 posts before my rank would change, so I didn't pay attention to it.. but.... but... I mean, I was not prepared for this... to go from Elf to Ringwraith... from good to evil, light to dark.... dough to cookie...gotta have some time to get used to it... so now... should I lament the loss of elf-hood or get excited over finally have been officially acknowledged a Nazgûl....? Do we have any therapy sessions on the issue????
