Oooh! Skandar! *hails* Umm...*cough* Skandar basically rocks, as you all know. But, I should tell you why I think he's so awesome and what drew me to him. I had not seen the movie (and was still rather leary of doing so). I got my Newsweek magazine and opened it to the Narnia spread. I read the article, and then moved on to the little blurb with the 4 actors...and was laughing hysterically at Skandar's phobia of women's underwear...when it finally hit me WHAT his NAME was. SKANDAR!! I mean SERIOUSLY! That name is the coolest name EVER! I told my friend his name, and from there it just snowballed. So now, everytime we say "Skandar" we throw our arms up as if we're hailing the gods. Mwa ha ha ha! Skandar! *hails* And from there, I was a fan...even though I didn't see a movie until it'd been out for a few months...
I feel a bit odd, though, being a fan of his...because I'm like 4 years older than him. Just a little strange...*nervous laughter*

SO...can I join?

Gwen - my fave quote is: "yes mum!" because you can see the real acting contrast. In that bit Will is OK, Anna is v. good and Skandar is EXCELLENT. It doesn't stay like that all the way through the film just at that bit.
