Yes, so that we can reply and get more post counts.
Oh how evil we can be....
SimpleGirl is one of my friends and practically the only other one who I can say "Awww, Viktor is cuuute!" with.
But anyways, I've totally broke rule #1: Never talk about any other guy than the one the club is dedicated to.

Well, anyways....
I wanna spill champagne on him if I meet him...

Quote: And what is this controversial subject?
I haven't seen the HP movies yet, so please don't take me the wrong way, because I don't have crushes on anyone in them.
Anyway, the subject is this : I like Cedric Diggory better Harry potter, because Cedric seems to be more honorable than Harry. When Cedric gave Harry the clue about the clue, he didn't just say it right out, what it was ; he gave Harry the means to figure it out himself, and since everyone else knew about everything, this was the closest things could get to fair. And (here's the biggie) I think Cedric Diggory is more deserving to be the main character than Harry Potter is.
Jump on me all you want, but I came prepared. You may have noticed my parachute. Well.... Geronimoooooo!

Endorwen:
The proof that Goblet of Fire should be renamed "Harry Potter and the Cedric Diggory Take Over"

Wouldn't it be so much cooler if Cedric was the main character?
So...what if....Harry dies in the Voldemort battle and Cedric doesn't, Harry protects Cedric and suddenly gets endowed with the power of Harry Potter, Cedric escapes to the Cup and bam!
"Harry who?"

Cool! We could write it into a parody.....Only it sounds like it would be in a sick parody....Oh, well. At least I wasn't attacked by thousands of harry-potter-fangirls.
Yes, and then Harry Potter and the Oder of the Phoenix would be Cedric Diggory and the Order of the Phoenix.
By the way : Cedric wouldn't be so dishonest as to say "Harry who?" *Glares* ( )

Actually I meant for that "Harry who?" to be for the other people. Specifically Cho Chang.
"Forget Harry, the time is now for CEDRIC Diggory! Hey, that rhymed!" - Cho

Let's think about this though.
Cedric Diggory comes back from the graveyard with the Cup and Harry's not with him. He's the ultimate winner of Triwizard Tournament. Dumbledore himself says that people change in the maze. He says that Voldemort is back and has murdered the Boy Who Lived.
Would they believe?
Would he be popular?
Would he be the same sweet, kind, caring, Cedric Diggory?

*silly discussion turns into in-depth analysis of Cedric's character*
Dumbledore would believe him. He's got the Legi...something or other going on so he would know if Cedric was lying. Of course the government wouldn't believe it no matter who said it. In Harry's case they said thathe was mentally disturbed or something, they'd say that Cedric was desperate for attention.
I don't think he'd be popular anymore because he might pull himself away from that. He saw Voldemort return and kill Harry. He'd be a lot different I think. Especially when he starts having physic connections to Voldy. Dumbledore would not take him as a "replacement" Harry, until he found out that he got Harry's "powers", a.k.a connection with Voldemort. It would be interesting to see how that was discovered.
But what about the prophecy? Would it apply to Cedric? Would Cedric be the one that had to kill Lord Voldemort? Of course prophecies don't have to come true as Dumbledore said. But I think that Cedric would see it as his duty, for Harry, to kill him.
