Why Thank you! It was an idea that was puttering around in my head for quite some time....After I made a LotR site, I didn't know what else I could do on my website, so I gave up that and made an Enya Website what I wanted to do all along...  It's so much fun! However, there are many times when Enya isn't in the news that much...so I tend to forget about the website  And that's why it hasn't been updated in quite some time
Anyways, I'm just rambling.....
So, I guess what I'm wondering is how everyone "got into" Enya in the first place?

I haven't been here for a while, so I shall be the first to answer your question Sidawethiel!
My mother used to listen Enya when I was very young, and I loved it very much. I am a kind of grown up with it, and when I was twelve, I got the cd Sheperd Moons for my birthday, wich was the missing one in our collection Now we listen Enya together, and enjoy it a lot ! _________________

And Sidawethiel, I got interested in Enya for 2 reasons.
1. my dad had Enya's Paint the Stars CD, so I started listening to it when I was 9 years old. My whole family likes Enya!  _________________

That's so awesome! I see parents play a big role in the music we listen to!
Along with everyone else my parents (sort of) got me into Enya. When I was a wee age of 6, one of my friends copied the Celts onto a tape (I feel old), I listened to it a lot, then it went missing..So I resorted listening to the traditional celtic music. However, I remeber someone mentioned Enya to me when I was 8 or around there and I thought to myself "Hey, I have that somewhere" So I went home and searched and searched and finally found it and listened to it and fell in love with it all over again...So now, here I am, listening to Enya, a lot.
Wow...That was a long story ...hahaha.... Glad to see other Enya fans out there!

my parents don't know Enya. They don't play a big role in what I'm interested in actually. I wish I had parents who shared some of my interests though..

So, I was surfing YouTube for some Enya videos and came across "The Celts" Music video...It's nothing spectaculiar, I just particuliarly liked it, it had cool music, amazing garb, horses and was during the time of the Celts...sometimes I think I was born in the wrong era *sigh cough* Anyways, everyone should check it out : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRyJPLUUQCw&search=enya

Ooh, may I join? (How come I didn't find this club sooner? )
I first fell in love with Enya's music after hearing May It Be and Aniron on the FotR soundtrack, and I've been a big fan ever since. She has such a beautiful voice! _________________
