Yep, I love that one too. I don't think that I could choose just one though- they're all so wonderfully done. Hmmm.... what about a favorite Arwen quote?? One of my favorites is "If you trust nothing else, trust this... trust us." And also, "I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the ages of this world alone."

I love the whole sequence in RotK when she sees her child and turns back. It makes me cry! 
One of my fav quotes is:

Oh, I love those both too. And I love the part when she recites a part of that poem about Aragorn- "From the ashes a fire shall be woken..." That one.

I can hardly decide which quote is my favourite one. Actually I've got a favourite scene featuring her in each movie:
FOTR: The scene when she gives the Evenstar to Aragorn
"I would rather share one lifetime with you than face all the
ages of this world alone."
TTT: Aragorn's Rivendell dream sequence when she encourages him
"If you trust nothing else, trust this... trust us."
ROTK: Arwen's vision of her son and Aragorn & the scene when Elrond recognizes that the immortality has left Arwen
(I'm looking for the quote right now)
