oo I's am starting archery next week, I'm cleaning a house for a lady so I can earn money for a bow, can I join

Alright.. well, I'm only interested in longbows for now, so I don't use sights or stabilizers etc. How do I get to shoot better (=actually hit the target, lol), and what's the difference for different distances?

well when you shoot from farther you have to angle your bow and your arrow to point higher (depending on the distance), but it still has to be aligned with where you're aiming ... does that make sense?

Yay, Haldir's back.. finally!!
Yes, it does make sense, actually my problem is more with the left/right aiming than with high/low... anyway, I shoot outdoor so when the coming fall and winter I wont be able to practise that much *sighs*

aww ... well fall's okay i guess but not winter
wellllll... if your arrow always flies to one side, then it would make sense to shift your aim a bit to the opposite side, right?
