Phh, I thought it was really obvious. I was slightly disappointed, actually. I was hoping that the writers would be like "JK FOOL" and make it be someone random.


And I'm stoked for next weeks episode, btw. Nothing is better than Sylar on the hunt.

Micah's back! Yay!!! I'm really excited that Micah's back!

Can I say this from last night's episode? Jack Coleman was AMAZING. He did a good job with the acting from the pleading and begging to his passionate anger. Ashley Crow was good as well.

Agreed 100% the acting in this weeks episode was just brilliant. Greg Grunberg and Željko Ivanek were also playing there A game. I've never really felt for Danko...till the scenes with Alena.

I hated that finale. UGH! It's disgusting.

Don't feel cheated in the slightest. Thought it was a great finale. The entire episode was fantastic. Great acting all round and it sets up a variation of Five Years Gone. Reaffirms to me that Cristine Rose is one of the most amazing people in the history of ever.

I did, actually. I was watching it with my boyfriend, who really isn't a Heroes fan, and I was like "just wait, the Heroes finales are so epic, you'll definitely be hooked." And then at the end he goes "...that was it?" And I just kind of looked at him and went "I guess so."

Like, I was waiting for so much more. All the previous finales have been so much more...action-packed. Though next volume looks promising. I did squee a little when Sylar/Nathan was like "this clock is a minute and a half fast." It was awesome.

Volume 4 finale >>>>>>> All the others except V.3
Seriously...and this is coming from someone who wanted Sylar to be gone *awaits public flogging*.
But this way puts a nice and tense spin on it, so I'm very interested to see where this leads.

I don't know what to think about that finale... it was really interesting. I knew they wouldn't completely get rid of Sylar. Of course, I was starting to really like Sylar a lot more these last few episodes or so because he was getting smart and playing everybody. But the fact they killed Nathan and brought him back through Sylar... I didn't like that idea that much. It just seemed so weird. But Nathlar(Nathan Sylar)'s little "this clock is a minute and a half off" was kind of cool!

Though one of the last episodes... the one with Mrs. Patrelli thinking back to what happened at that one place with Alice... I found it a little contradictory with a previous graphic novel issue where Nathan and Pete's dad meets Linderman in the army on a mission, and offer's Petrelli this idea of a company or something... and this is after Nate and Pete are born... I'm going to have to look up the graphic novel to make sure...

I'm stoked for Volume 5, though Sylar being gone is a little annoying. He'll be back, of course, but it's still annoying for the little bit of time.

I was wondering what took so long lol

I love Sylar, he is one my favourite fictional characters of all time. Zachary is an amazing actor. But I sort of lost my way with him towards the end of Volume 4. They take away Hiro's power as they say it was too powerful and too easily to use it as a scapegoat. They take away Peter's power for similar reasons, they don't want someone with so much power. They have him regain a power but can only take one at a time. Then they decide to make Sylar so uber powerful and unstoppable. Really it's not the characters fault so much as the writing. It's the only thing that's really bothered me at all and I don't want to be bothered by Sylar. I want to enjoy him and even though his scenes are some of the best. I still have this niggle in the back of my head that they made excuses to keep his character around.
Why say one thing applies to the story then make Sylar an exception?

So...do I get another flogging?

No, it makes sense. But it really annoyed me that Peter and Hiro lost their powers, so...
It actually was really annoying. With Sylar being the only one that was completely brutal, how could he possibly ever lose? Like, he always gets his butt kicked, even when he can completely own everyone else just by principle.

I really don't like the whole 'moving the spot' thing in his brain. It's too contrived. But I'm torn because I'm really into the impending Nylar storyline.

I can't wait for Sylar to reemerge, actually, just because I want to see how he takes knowing that he was straight-up manipulated for however long. He's going to freak. Which is going to be a very good time.
