Yep!
The weird thing is that also HP-Lexicon has the same date:

But also the books aren't supposed to be in the 90's?

Well, if Molly thought Tonks would be a perfect match for Bill, than I'm quite certain that Tonks isn't that much younger than Bill.
Bill, I picture to be about 25-28 years old.

I could be wrong about Bill's age though....but I can't imagine him being younger than 25 --- That would be 'bout Charlie's age.

Mrs. Weasley secretly likes Fleur. We all know it.
Yeah, I agree with you guys. Remus and Tonks are more of an "Awwww!" kind of couple because it's totally unexpected. Bill and Tonks would blow us out of our minds and I think they're way too a like that they might become annoying when they're together.
