Just the way I see it in my head, it's ridiculous. I see it being funny, because I think it would really be a happy moment not a sad one. I mean, he's been dead for how long now? Cho has cried over it and by now she has to have accepted it. To be able to see him again and talk to him would be happy, and Cedric might give her some words of wisdom to move on.
