Can't believe I missed this thread/club.
I am a HUGE X-Men fan. Been collecting the comics for about 15 years.
Love TAS and Evolution.
The movies were awesome too. I cannot wait for X3..
Fave characters: Psylocke, Phoenix, Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Bishop and Beast.
Please don't let this club die.

Thanks Elenanna for keeping this alive.
I was getting worried.
As I was saying in the X-Men 3 movie thread...I have been able to obtain some Spoiler-ish pics through a very generous source. But I have to save them to my Photobucket before I can post them here.
If anyone doesn't want to see spoiler pics...let me know I'll think of some other way to get them to anyone that does want to see them.

I love the X-Men. I've always loved Nightcrawler, and Angel (And Archangel, consequently)
Ah, I've collected many versions of the comics, watched the cartoons, watched the films..

Eruadan - I used to read the comics until I got so obsessed I was spending anything up to £80 per month on all the X-Titles at that time.
Uncanny, X-Men, Excalibur, X-Factor, X-Force, Gen X...and everything in between. I had to stop.
I've just been buying Marvel Legends action figures (and my precious Marvel Select Dark Phoenix) and some TPBs. I just recently got End Song and I absolutely adored it. Very emotional ending, not quite on a par with the Dark Phoenix Saga. But very well done, and Greg Lands artwork is just divine.
I've got my eye on Astonishing- Gifted and Dangerous from Amazon. _________________

Those are awesome!!! I also picked up all the X-titles and the miniseries in between, but I had just that same problem, spending WAY too much! I cut down to a few "must haves" just to stay in the loop. And the Astonishing X-men title is one of the best ever so get it if you can!!
Endsong is one of the best I've ever read, I got the HC when it came out, cuz I had "missed" the first 3 issues. It was great having Jean back but sad at the same time cuz they just reestablished this whole "Meant for a Greater Universal Power/Goddess of Life" concept I was never fond of. The ending was unforgettable and I can't wait for the sequel. And isn't Land one of the best artists out there? I was picking up Ultimate F4 just cuz he was penciling.

Much the same idea as your Phoenix one.
Promo pic with an animated gif (is that what you call it?) in the corner of Wolvie either jumping backwards off the tree or him sliding down that shaft in the teaser trailer.

Thanks also for the compliment on the Women of the X banner. I'm slowly getting better. I'm not perfect..there still pretty simple though.
I love that shot of Rachel as well. Bachalo is pretty good. He has a very distinct style.
