Girls ( or maybe just me) go for guys who know who they are, are themselves. I love a guy who kows where hes at, plus looks are very important, tall and mysterious is a good one! A guy who doesn't pressure, doesn't force and lets a girl be herdelf, not rying to change her, sensitive, caring, lots of humour,

I go with the

Nose- The MUST have a nice nose
Jaw-line- Strong
Hair- Good hair must
Heiht- Must be taller than me!

nose?woow..really...i dont really look at noses unless they are somehow horrible! and there are so many type of guys with different features that i just cant draw the perfect one .....because i would love a tall man, but there are some guys who are quite short and make me melt...honestly, i just cant say....

Hey, I kinda have a question regarding a party of the opposite sex. I live in the country, home-schooled and I go to no social activivties what so ever. But, every month or so I get a call from a local farmer to call upon me to come to his feild and do odd jobs that need to be done.(earn some sweet mula) Now, the mother of my employer asked him to employ a boy and put him to work. Now then she came up to me and asked me to be his freind.(not in front of him, of course) I thought this odd because he is a boy for one thing and he is two years older than me. But she explained to me that he came from Alaska (we live in Oregon) has no friends here and is staying with his aunt a few miles down the road where my house is. But there is a gaping problem: we are both extremely shy, him more than me! I thought this was impossible, but lo and behold some one shyer than me. He will not say anything to you unless you say something to him first. It's really akward at times especialy when we are on the same job. Hours without a word between us. I mean, we exchange words once in a while, but only if my boss is there to start the conversations. A great guy, my boss. So the advice I am looking for is how to make friends with this guy! I mean, I do feel sorry for him, seeing as how he never comes in contact with any boys his age, but I guess my main question is how do I make freinds with him without being in-appropriate. I mean, the guys have to talk to the girls first. It's just how I was raised and him too I guess, seeing as our families stand on the same moral ground. Any help would be HUGELY appriciated! Thanks for reading all of this!

i think a girl starting up a conversation isnt that bad, i mean, ask him of something you really love(example...LotR) something you can talk about quite alot.....he might say "never heard of it" (its happened to me) but you just keep on asking about topics you have vast opinions of (some sort of movie or actor or event in history you really like to talk about)

i dont think that would be inapropiate....its just talking is it not?

There's this thing we girls feel, that we need to have a boy friend in order to count as real, solid girls. We need a boy friend to know that we matter. I've never dated, and yet I feel that pressure very strongly! So the thing is, some girls will do just about anything to secure themselves with someone of the opposite sex.

This is one of the first times I actually don't agree with you Gwen. Although it's true, I must say, for a lot of girls it is, but it's the stupidest thing I've ever heard.
I don't need to date to know i matter.
I have my good looks and charm. :-)

Galadhrim: This is a great opportunity to make a new friend! I think you should start it. Just bring something up! Like Mornie said satrt with a simply question "Ever heard of Lord of the Rings? do you like it?"
silly questions to begin with can turn into a whole conversation! And you might find that you enjoy similar tastes in different things!
If not, if things get broing to do your job, tell him hat you'll play a game. And take turns asking eachother questions about eachother. You never know, you might find out some pretty interesting things.
And I know from experience that it works.
Also, when you see eachother, when you say "hi" try to strike up a conversation...about anything!
i'm not much help, i know but...=D

We were talking about different tastes in guys and girls.
What you look for in a guy/girl etc.

Welcome P&L!

Hmm, I like guys with manners, a good personality, someone who's not too outgoing. They'd have to be the same person with me and their/my friends. And if they're a book worm then that's a plus. I've always fancied being taller than my boyfriend but when you're only 5ft 4", it's hard to find a guy who's shorter than you. :( They're all 6ft +.

Well, in a girl, the first thing I notice is the eyes. I LOVE EYES! They can tell me so much about the person in front of me. Plus, if she gives me falty info, her eyes show that she is lying! But, I know its bad that that is the first thing I look for, but I say this everywhere, the eyes are the key to the soul!

mmm, I agree with that. Eyes are amazing...I find my eyes boring, but everyone says they're really pretty...but see that lying thing doesn't work with me, I can look someone straight in the eye and lie to them, it's pretty sweet, but I don't lie, unless it's really important or personal, or to my mom :-P I do believe tho that eyes are the key to the soul.

Then they are not looking into your eyes the right way, you need to know what to look for. Like for me, when I lie, although I shouldnt, I dont blink! Its pretty funny!

Really? I'm just normal, I'm not bothered at all by lying...except when I'm upset, if I'm upset you can tell, no matter what I tell you, cuz usually I'm a very bouncy happy person and when I'm sad or mad, I'm not...heh. It's pretty amusing...
