I can actually do a very good british accent and I do know several who are very good at accents and what really gets me made everytime is that they won't allow someone so PERFECT for Luna not allow them to get the part just because they're not British. So they would want to choose someone more downgraded to play Luna just because they've grown up in that country. The luck of the draw basically.

That's what a lot of directors seem to be doing lately, they choose actors/actresses from a region the character is from. I can't remember which movie I was thinking of.. but they did that, but yeah it kinda makes me mad. Just cause you live in the wrong place no part...

However though, it's good to get new fresh actors and not other famous actors to do a part just because we think they'd be good. Katie Leung for example, I was happy with her outcome.

While I do agree that having a good actor is the most important thing the accent is very imporant too. Lots of people think they can do an accent but to people of that country it sounds fake which really spoils a character.

Lol I misread what you wrote, and I thought you said that the actors were really hot and you wished you had one
Anyways, yeah I love accents. British, and australian. The only kind of accent that I don't like are southern accents which drive me mad. No offense to anyone, but they do.

Oh I sometimes practise an american accent  and I'm ok at it !
I'd lllooovvve to audition foir Luna but i only have long brown hair, and you need "dirty blonde"- I don't think the appearence matters too much, I mean, Malfoy had to dye his hair! I can't get down to London either because my mummy will not take me because I don't have "enough inside information". Hmm, crazy mum....
Oh it's be so awesome if someone on A-U got the part of Luna or Tonks (i wonder when they-re doing the auditions for Tonks?) it's be soo cool!

That would be really cool, I've a few friends who are actresses and have tried for various parts in movies, and didn't get some of them. But yeah its kinda weird to think of someone you talk to being in a movie..
As for accents.. I like almost all of them... Only ones that start to annoy me are real heavy New York and Boston accents, but I get used to them after awhile.. I kinda wonder if I have an accent.. you to like what other people think, cept I don't know what Chicagoians would be like.. er.. whatever..
