Does anyone know when the 12th Doctor's season's come out?
The date I've heard speculated most recently is August 30th. It hasn't been confirmed yet, though.

But isn't the Master coming back in series 8?
Supposedly he is,
. It isn't known whether John Simm is going to reprise the role for a regeneration, or we're just immediately going to see a completely new actor as the character, though.

Matt Smith might appear in an episode with him.
No "might" about it
. But it's unknown whether we'll actually
see him, or just
hear him. Whichever it is, though, it'll be in the season premiere, likely at the very end of the episode, so it will basically be a cameo.

have you seen the classic series? If so, what do you think of it?
I've seen seven stories (plus the movie with the 8th Doctor)
. The channel I watch the show on, BBC America, celebrated the 50th Anniversary by showing one story with each doctor once a month. I liked all of them, but the only ones I'm really interested in seeing more of are the 2nd to 7th doctors. All of the stories were good, but things like the way the Doctor is portrayed (for example, the First Doctor is much more serious and "alien" than Ten and Eleven are/were), the visual effects (all the stories I saw had reasonably good special effects, but some others apparently have
very bad quality, unconvincing ones), the pace of the stories, and so on, are very different, so it takes a bit of getting used to. As long as you keep an open mind, though (e.g. the quality of the special effects doesn't bother you, you don't mind the lack of romance between the Doctor and his female companion(s), etc.), you'll enjoy it
.
