Well, this is the A-U discussion group. Its called "So tell me what you think" and pretty much what it is, is every day(with the exeption, if I dont get on or if I forget) I will pst a discussion question for you to ponder, and post yu views about. anywho, todays question has to do with chain letters, or Bulletin(again if you have myspace.) Have you ever opened an email, or a Bulletin, and its one of those annoying things like "when girls/guys love you" an example of one I got today Quote: when boys wanna makeout 1. They hold your hand and always play with it. 2. They stare into your eyes for a long time. 3. They get close to your face. when girls wanna makeout 1.they stare into your eyes biting their lip. 2. they always wrap their arms around you. 3. they play with their hands, shirts, pants, etc. just waiting for you to make the move. I would like to join, if I may. Now, I believe I can give a pretty good view on the boys side of the topic, because in case you don't know, I am a tomboy, and I hang with a bunch of guys so I know how they feel and what they talk about, ect. Anyhow, a guy, when he opens that, will either: A) Read it and ingore it B) Read it and then maybe send it to his buddies as a joke C) Ingore it completey D) He doesn't care about that stuff so he does what C says. Now, I'm going by middle school age guys and some of them may not do it out of no-supertision whatsoever or maybe because they don't have a wish or if they made the wish they don't want it to come true or something like that. Some guys aren't into girls yet and some guys, girls are all they talk about. (aside from sports of course.) They probably don't send it beause they either thinks its dumb, too girly, or because they have a major crush and they don't want anyone to even have a clue that they have one. That my idea. |

yeah me too, i open them and deleate them, i'f thier really funny then i save them, and i'f its a questionair then i may send it back to the person with my answers but mostly i just deleate them. |

Ok, I admit I love filling out the survey kinds, but I don't like sending on the ones like you just posted. Chances are, all my friends have already read it or one just like it. And i've noticed that guys never repost them too... I guess they just don't care

Here is what I think. All of these things are written by girls/women. So obviously for a girl that going to be mostly true. But since girls dont think like guys, they arnt really what guys think. and guys are just like this is stupid. and dont bother. I admit, I love filling our suveys, and I like when people repost surveys that I have done. Especially a person in particualr, since I know he's reading my surveys.... *laughs* but I under stand why people dont bother with them either... |

I'd like to join! I think with the email forwards, guys just don't really care about them. They probably have other things they'd rather do while they're on the computer. I do like surveys too, as long as they're not too long and it takes me hours to fill them out. lol I usually don't send forwards along unless they're especially funny or inspiring. |

I know loads of girls who forward emails and stuff, but I know a lot more guys, and they use the computer for a limited amount of things... *cough* ..and concerning the ones I know, they hardly ever check their emails anyway. I like filling out funny surveys, but stuff that says 'Do this or this will happen' make me muchly annoyed

I'm a total fan-girl when it comes to movies, so I just force my friends to talk to me about it Seriously, all my mates love talking about who's hot and who's not film-wise. We spend hours talking about junk like that, although the discussions about whether Angelina Jolie is better looking than Liv Tyler go over my head slightly...
