Post subject:  19th Century Women Writers Club

This group is to honour and celebrate all of the talented female writers that the 1800s gave us. Jane Austen, Louisa May Alcott, the Bronte sisters, Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Emily Dickinson, and Mary Shelley are only among the few great women authors of the time. We can discuss their works, film adaptations, or anything else about these writers. Come and join the group if you are a fan of any of these women, or any other prominent female writers of the 19th century.

Anyone in? :)

coolness! I just read that book for my English class, I really like it! I'm a little upset at the reputation "Frankenstein" has, since most people think that's the name of the monster... :annoyed:

but I think you will enjoy it. feel free to post any comments or opinions about the book when/as you finish!
