I agree. That ship is so popular, I don't see how they could kill him. Who knows, though :p

I convinced my mum to watch the pilot with me last night :-D If I can get her hooked on the show, maybe I'll be able to watch it Sunday nights :p That would be so awesome...

I dont see how anyone couldn't get hooked! Its so great and so much fun! I say if you want her to get hooked, just show her an little bit of a Hook episode, that'll do it! :lol:

Are you looking forward to seeing what they do with the Queens of Darkness? I'm curious to know what part Cruella will play!

I do believe that there's a Hook flashback episode planned, I'd say Ursula would be the most logical baddie to be involved in it. But who knows on this show! He could have crossed paths with Cruella! :lol:

Ohmegosh, last night's episode! A flashback! And some Captain Swan awesomeness...Although, I had never realized that Hook was technically a villain. He'd better get a happy ending!

Yes, Hook was technically a villain, definitely. Though I loved him even then! And oh gosh, the Captain Swan goodness there at the end, with him telling her she's his happy ending!!! That was so adorable and awesome and cute! They had better do NOTHING to ruin that couple, she's his rock and he's her anchor (pun intended). Colin even said in an interview I read the other day that Hook is her rock, so to take that away from Emma would be beyond cruel. Everyone needs that one person in their life. As for the flashback, oh I so loved seeing bad Hook again, so hotheaded and impulsive, and all decked out in his pirate attire! :drool: And I agree, his happy ending had better stay in place! But one thing this episode showed us, a villain can get a happy ending. Ursula got hers!

Yeah, if they kill Hook or break up the couple I will weep. A lot :p They're perfect together!

The promo for Sunday's episode...yikes! I want to know what Snow and Charming did...

I'm thinking about getting into Once Upon A Time (if I can find a DVD boxset in HMV, 'cause I'm more of a boxset girl, than actually watching programs on TV), and who better to ask about it, than the fan club? :)

After all, how do I know if I'll like it, if I know nothing about it?

So, what is this show fully about? (Don't worry about spoilers, I'm not one of those people who makes a big deal about that stuff. To a point, where one of my philosophies in life is, "If you hate spoilers, then after the first watching, you can never watch it again, because you've already spoiled it for yourself.")

To sum it up in one word: Hope. The hope for happy endings. The hope for good to always win. The hope for redemption. The hope for family. Everyone has a back story on this show, which is neat, you get to see a little of every fairytale, and they're all mushed together. Its great to see the different stories like that, I mean, Snow White and Red Riding Hood are best friends! Another thing I love about this show, the villains aren't just villains and thats it. You see their past, you see what they're all about. One of the themes, aside from hope, is "evil isn't born, its made". That makes things interesting. Plus, there's always the chance for a villain to earn redemption. Something else I find interesting about the show, the fact that all magic comes with a price. In some fairy tales, a wave of a wand and everything is fixed. Here, you may have a hefty price to pay to fix everything with magic, kind of a check and balance system. Makes things interesting. Its just really really fun to see so many different characters and worlds brought together! It focuses on Emma, the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming, and also Emma's son Henry that she gave up for adoption when he was born, but he tracks her down and shows up on her doorstep on her 28th birthday. She takes him back to his town, Storybrooke, where he hopes she will break the curse that makes the fairy tale characters forget who they are, thereby keeping them from their happy endings. Adventures ensue. If you wind up getting it, my favorite episode of season 1 is #8 I believe, called "Skin Deep", where Belle enters the story!!! As for season 2, episode #4 called "The Crocodile", a certain devilishly handsome and cunning pirate enters the storyline, my "husband" Captain Hook! I suggest it, definitely, its quite fun and imaginative :)

That sounds totally amazing.
I do dislike the fact that in most stuff, evil is just evil, and that is that. I always end up wondering the reason behind it.
I'm am so sold.

Also, glad to know what episode Captain Hook comes into it. 'Cause, I've kinda been admiring him in your icons and banners for a little while now. :blush:

Thats one of the biggest things I love about this show, even the villains have backgrounds, and some even seek redemption for their past deeds. How often do you wind up rooting for a villain to get their happy ending?! :lol:

Well admire away! :lol: He's quite the cheeky Irish devil, and can get away with some amusing innuendo that other characters wouldn't, the compulsive flirt. And oh my gosh!!! All I can say is wait for the scarf moment, in season 2 episode 6, "Tallahassee". I saw that and was like *dead* :lol:

I love reading/writing/watching stories where redemption truly wins. It's so encouraging ;)

That episode, Tink! I die. It's so funny. Hook can pull off the villain so well. Although, I must admit, I do find his current reformation epic :p
