I wish I could try to!!! That's a good idea to ask for the bow on my birthday, but your right. I never would see my allowance. I did some math and I would be 16 years old..that's in 4 years.

Longbows aren't so much different from other bows... in fact other bows are the ones different from longbows!! Just imagine a bow without any..thing... ;-)

I hope I can get to shoot in the weekend. The weather should be really good and I might go with my cousin!! *crosses fingers*

I am actually better shooting with bows that have like... nothing on them. Well, not better... but I am more comfortable with less complex bows. I wouldn't mind having one similar to Legolas's... but the ones on Bowstick.com are taller than me by quite a bit... *chuckle*

Thanks Haldir! Weather is one thing, time another... but I want to practise a bit, even if I'll need to do with the back yard!! :-)

Don't worry, you'll grow soon... bows are supposed to be around your own height.. like skis? Unless you are very strong...aye?

Haha I can probably pull it back, no problem... I just wouldn't be able to lift it very high off the ground :P

I'm going to shoot tomorrow, I hope it wont be too windy, I'm quite excited although my arrow-pusher was still out of arrows. I think I'm the only person in the town who buys arrows from him, but still!!!!
