Frodo is my favorite LOTR character, so it kind of makes sense that I would want to join his club on the forum. So that's what I did, only to find that people no longer post there. :explode: This is a LOTR forum, and Frodo is one of the most imporant characters in LOTR. And I think that means that he should have his fanclub, just like Aragorn or Legolas or anyone else.
In light of this, I suggest actions need to be taken. I suggest that more people, old and new, post in the old fanclub, but if it's too late for that, perhaps a new Frodo fanclub is needed.
I know there are still people out there who love Frodo, and if you are one of them, post it here! Then maybe we can have a place where all who love Frodo can post in harmony! :)

err ok *cough* calm yourself for a sec ... perhaps you should just PM Kitoky and ask her about it or post in the request thread and ask her ... i don't think you should be starting random topics on the club thread  ... just a suggestion...

Erm..... sorry. I didn't really know where to post this. I didn't really think it would belong in the request thread. I thought that was just for banners and stuff. But thanks for telling me what to do. I'll be away for a couple of days, but first thing when I come back.
tyhank you again!

I'm just the right person to ask this question... lol

So here is the best fanclub in my opinion:

http://arwen-undomiel.com/forum/viewtop ... 93&start=0
(It is the informal fanclub, but much more active than the official one)

Would be nice to see you there!

..... Well, if you guys want to restart the Frodo club, that's fine.

But I propose an idea. I can move ForeverFrodo's club thread here and make it the official Frodo Fan Club (but we would have to exclude it being the Elijah club since we already have one of those).

The problem is that EarielMaurwen is the founder of our informal club and we'd like to stay both a Frodo and Elijah club :confused2: But you could propose it to Eariel, if you want.

The point is not that there is no official Frodo club! It exists ( http://arwen-undomiel.com/forum/viewtop ... highlight=) but nobody is posting there...

I think that i would like to keep my "club" thread an informal place for fans of both Frodo and Elijah to hang out and talk, but maybe we can start posting in the official Frodo club and try to get it moving again as well. ;) If it's on the front page in plain view, that increases the likelyhood of other people posting. Even if that doesn't work, though, anyone who wants to is welcome in my thread. :)

Yes! This is awesome. Now I'm not the only one who cares about this. I don't think it's a good idea to mar an already good club. The Elijah/Frodo club sounds like a really cool idea, and I think maybe I'd like to be a member. And it's like ForeverFrodo said, the problem is that people are not posting in the Frodo club. If we could fix that it would be fine. So I guess the problem now is to get people to post in the old club......

Good! (After I came here, I posted in that club to help it get going again, so I'm glad it has.) :) People are still welcome in my informal club, btw. :P
