Hello, and Welcome to the Lord of the Rings Musical Club. This is a club where the people who have either seen, are about to see or even want to see the Musical can chat and ask questions. oh!! I want to join!!! I haven't seen it cause it's not here in the US....but hopefully it will be soon.... and Yes! The Lord of the Rings musical is indeed going to England, it will be opening in London in May of next year...more info can be found here: http://www.lotr.com/london/index.html |

Of course you may all join! Yay! *does happy dance... * And to answer your question, lady_Ëarwen, the Musical is just about to leave Canada, and go to London! There was a huge deal that they had to preform with sell-outs each night, in order for it to go on. Because of this they, decided that the musical should move from Canada and to England, and continue its tour. Oh, it seems that you already have been informed, okay, well there it is again! It was amazing, i loved Michael Therriault(sp?), the guy who played Gollum, he did an amazing job. He was just as good as Andy Serkis in my opinion. |

Omgosh, yes! I loved the part where Sam and Frodo were singing "Sing me a story" and then Smeagol was over there fighting with himself! and then he started singing along too. lol. I loved that other part also when he was in the branches of the set. That was funny, and sooo awesome! |

hehe, I didn't sit next to my parents. That was due to the fact that I love my uncle. He came with us on last notice, and bought a ticket there. His ticket then ended up being the front row of the bottom balcony. II stood there and was like, "that is sooo not fare" and then he said to me, "I know, that's why I am giving it to you." I didn't believe him at first... It was sucha good seat though! Omgosh. I could even see the actors faces!!! |

Could I join? I saw the musical a week or so ago and absolutely loved it!! Does anyone know if they're going to eventually sell a soundtrack of the musical, preferably of the Toronto cast? Because I'll definitely jump on it. And it was funny, my friend was sitting next to this lady who kept saying, "They took that line from the movie!" Guess she didn't realize there was a book Lord of the Rings too... |
