^OMG!! I watched it last night!!! I really loved this episode although I was expecting more Grissom/Sara moments! I loved it when he said 'I'll miss you', I instantly went 'Awwwwwww'. Poor Sara! she looked so sad
There was no kiss!!! Also the miniature killer is back!

ARGH! I know, Vivi! NO KISS. I was SO disappointed. But ever since I learned that WP will, indeed, be back, I think they'll be DOUBLE kisses. When Grissom turned and left, I wanted Sara so much to run after him, screw the whole lab and lay one on him.
Catherine's case was good, although I don't agree with her ways of conducting her investigation. [coughprisonconversationcough]
But omg. Nicky. XDDD
Nicky goes to hug Grissom.
Grissom makes this SLACK-JAW PRICELESS expression and goes, "I'll be back in 4 weeks. Stop. Hugging. Me."
I was DYING. That was THE best part of the episode. xD

To tell you the truth I was a little disappointed with that episode. Grissom leaving was not interesting at all. I thought it would have been a more important part of the show. Ugh whatever at least he'll be back.

Have you seen the several previous episodes leading up to that? Those are pretty important to his leave.
I felt that was interesting, and very sad since I've seen every single one of the episodes. It's Grissom.

Yes I did see them which is why I thought there would be more to him leaving. They had this big build up to it and then it's kind of like oh hey guys I'm goin' see you in a few weeks. That was disappointing for me.

Oh.... Well, it felt normal to me. Actually in fact, that was probably the most -Grissom- way he could've left.
I couldn't have asked for more.

CSI!! Love it even more now than last time I posted (whenever that was)! I'm watching all three shows, but the Las Vegas one is certainly best.
But I'm afraid I can't participate much in the discussion. It's the downside of being in Denmark. Last episode I saw was Brass surviving after being shot, and I have no clue when new episodes will show up again. I did hear about Grissom leaving though, and I was so upset, because as Kit said, it's Grissom! So you all made my day by informing me that he'll be back. All hail Grissom!

Ah, MoT, so you're just ending the 6th season! I was so sad when Brass got shot, I didn't want him to die, thank goodness he survived! We can't have CSI without Brass!

We can't have CSI without any of our characters, now can we? Well, the Miami show did survive after Speedle was killed off, but still...

We don't watch the spin-off shows much, MoT. Does it have a different feel from Las Vegas?

I'm so not good at explaining these things, but to give it a try... Generally it's the same shows, but set in different places with different characters and in a different environment really. And I guess that's what makes all three interesting to watch. Miami is the sunny place with professional, but gun obsessed CSIs, lots of drama in the Everglades, and lately there's been a lot of focus on the Mala Noche gang. (Am I spelling all this correctly?) And I feel it's the one of the three shows with most focus on the characters. NY was quite gloomy in the first season, but second season has a much lighter feel to it, and the cases are as wacky as ever. But I think it's fun to watch, and I just love Mac Taylor. I know that probably made it all seem kinda silly, but I really am bad at explaining.

Lol. Miami gets me because of their overdramatic tendencies with their characters, but to his/her own.
I don't like character-centered episodes much. That's why I seem to dislike Catherine Willows from Las Vegas so much, lol. I think she's got more than 15 episodes centered over herself.
