No particular order(I'll leave out LotR as that seems pretty obvious...): Awakenings From Hell Constantine The number 23 The ninth gate
That's of course ot my only favourite movies, but as I'm only allowed to name 5 I chose the most recent...
Here some of my other all-time favorites: Kill Bill 1&2 Pulp Fiction PotC Sweeny Todd Charlie and the Chocolate factory Sleepy Hollow Blade I, II, Trinity The Matrix(only first part) Interview with the Vampire Sleepers the old James Bond movies with Roger Moore and Sean Connery The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen Dragonfly Red Dragon Disturbia The usual Suspects Arlington Road
Okay...I think I might seem a little crazy now....lol

Hmm. I feel like this is really only a temporary list, as there are many wonderful movies I have not yet seen, but here my favorites are. Bear in mind, I'm going to include movies strictly on entertainment value. Currently, these are movies that I just LOVE to watch, whether or not their plot or story is particularly revolutionary or deep.
1. The Lord of the Rings, Extended Trilogy ( )
2. The Princess Bride
3. The Pirates of the Carribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl
4. Stardust
5. Batman Begins/The Dark Knight (can't decide which I love more.)
Honorable Mention: Monty Python and the Holy Grail.
And of course, shout-outs to all epic movies which I obsess over from time to time, including CoN, SW, PotO, etc.
Gah. I hate rating movies, I'm sure I left something out.

Wow, I was so obsessed with PotC when I last wrote this list.
Alright.
1. The Lord of the Rings Motion Picture Trilogy Special Extended Edition
[Love. Pure love, it's the god of all movies.]
2. Ironman
[It's just amazing. That's all there is to it. PLus I love Robert Downey Jr.]
3. The Da Vinci Code/Angels and Demons
[Amazing stories and Tom Hanks is an acting god.]
4. Schindler's List/Saving Private Ryan/Passchendaele
[My favorite war movies. Schindler's List is incredibly moving, I can only handle watching it once a year it's so intense. SPR and Passchendaele makes me sob like a baby each time, and Tom Hanks and Paul Gross are amazing actors.]
5. Band of Brothers
[Not a movie, but the most amazing mini series. I must watch it again soon...]
Well, that's a list of 9 movies and a 10 part miniseries... alright.
