for me i think i like to watch it with people and without ..some movies i would rather watch alone because some movies i like my firend sor family dont inderstand y i like them and they wont shut up but osme movies i like to watch with ppl

Depends, really.

Sometimes I want to really pay attention to or enjoy a movie just for itself, or not be distracted by negative comments if I know that's what people will do, and then I prefer watching it alone.

But it can be great fun watching a movie with friends/family and making comments and jokes..

If it's something emotional or dramatic, such as LotR, then I want to watch it alone. If it's a comedy, then it's funnier to watch it with my friends or other people.

I couldn't agree more with ya taurquende!It' s fun watching comedies with friends because then you can laugh more and have a really good time!But when i watch a romantic film i like watching it on my own!i get emotional sometimes!

I love watching movies by myself. I have no problem going to the movie theater alone to see a film (I've done it more times than I can even count by now). That way I can choose whatever film I feel like seeing without having to compromise for the sake of others. I download movies all the time [illegally ] and so I usually end up watching them on my own. I hate people who talk during movies [you haven't seen before] though. Or people who ask questions. Just shut up already!

But having said that, I also enjoy watching films with others, especially with my younger brother. We like a lot of the same kind of movies and if it's a movie we've both seen before we have fun with it and quote lines, make fun of the characters and such.

My "non-fan" friends won't watch LOTR or POTC with me, because they know I get really into those movies. But usually, I like to watch movies with my good friends or my mom. And Monty Python and the Holy Grail with my dad.

It all depends on the movie really. Some movies like PotC or LotR I might enjoy better alone or better yet with my brother (who enjoys them like I do ) but like chick flicks I enjoy watching with my friends or my mom. and horror/suspence movies are nice to watch with my dad....
but anyone in my family is fairly good about watching movies no matter what (as far as talking through them and that sort of thing goes).

It depends.

I talk a lot and like to comment while watching the movie, so sometimes it's best for me to watch it with people who've seen it before, with duct tape around, or alone.
