So it was you who started that analogy, potr? I see them mention it pretty often, but I never really understood what it meant or who created it. That's an excellent analogy.

fair Rider, Thank you very much for posting that, I really hope that that realease date is correct. I mean I would settle for March 19 on tv. I think that it should have come out earlier but I'll settle as I said. You know they really are behind on getting the trailer out. Fantastic 4's trailer is allready on tv and it doesn't come out out until sometime in June. Durring American Idol and Are you smarter than a 5th grader the Fantastic 4 trailer is shown at least 3 to 4 times. I'm sorry if that seems irrelavent but I'm just trying to point out how behind the PotC trailer really is.
Pirateoftherings, I like your comparison between Will and Elizabeth and carmel and apples. That truely is brillant. I also must add that I like yours so much better than the one that the writters used (the meal/waffle one). Not just because your's is in support of a couple that I like but also yours is hard to make a case against and it is well worder. I really think that you should work for Disney or something. You're good with words and writting trailers and that kind of thing.

- regarding the official website, it makes sense to me that it should open at the same time of the trailer, but nobody has told me anything. It might also make sense to just expand the DMC website.

Aye, I actually already had that pic (smaller version), but it's nice to see it in greater detail. I'm seriously so incredibly psyched about the battle scene in AWE...I think it's going to be rivaling Pelenor Fields and the Battle of the Black Gate for all-time greatest battle (and that's saying a lot, because I LOVE those battles).

I would say that, but given all that I've read/seen...I think it's gonna be really close. The two battles I listed are the only two that really gave me the chills (in a good way) just reading them (before the movie came out). The script I have has major chunks of the battle cut out, but what little I've read has given me the same sense of...something. I can't describe what it is. I can just tell this is going to be epic.
