Pirateoftherings, Thank you a million times over for the news on the trailer and all else from Terry. It was majorly helpful. Okay, I can finaly calm down just a bit knowing that it will be comming out in just a matter of weeks. I'm still going crazy waiting but still yet... Well, he didn't give an exact date but you know, that's okay with me. That way maybe I'll be watching my soap on dvr or something and the AWE trailer will just suddenly pop up and I can jump up and down yelling and scare my mum have to death. Though I may still have to watch Dancing with the Stars to make sure that it doesn't come out then. Though that would be just a bit latter than the two weeks Terry gave us. Well, it may come out before then, like Terry said anyway. I have hope for an AWE trailer within the next like two weeks so all the world is right. Once again thank you!

Well, when someone brought up the rumor of it being released with Dancing With the Stars, Terry's only response was "That sounds like it could be right." So it's still a possibility, but he's not 100% sure. I think people overestimate how much the writers are told. Plot-wise, they obviously know every little detail and are great sources. But marketing-wise, they're pretty much on a need-to-know basis. They know major things like the final title (for which they argued very passionately) and the movie's release date, and they may have been consulted some on the content of the trailer, but they aren't told every last detail about how the movie is going to be marketed.

Pirateoftherings, Oh, okay. Well, as I said March the 19 or any time before that sounds good...actually more like great to me.... I'm overly excited as it is. When I actually see the trailer the world had just better watch out, not to mention the walls that I will be bouncing off of for the two days (or very possabley much longer...) following when I see the trailer.
Yeah, I know (sounds a bit sad). I actually find that kind of sad though, allmost... unfair. The writters pour their hearts and souls into what they write and I'm sure that they can't wait for their production to come out along with all of the stuff and what not and they are pretty much excluded from the whole of the marketing part of it. It's just doesn't seem right to me. I mean if I had written a movie that was being released like PotC I would certainly want to know every single detail of Everything that was going on. I kind of feel sorry for Ted and Terry on that one. I just can't help but feel that way.
